The church only uses the KJV, worships with traditional music, and averages 40 in attendance. Orono is located just north of Bangor and is home to the University of Maine. SILVER CITY BAPTIST CHURCH in Taunton, Massachusetts is seeking a pastor. The position may be considered full time depending on the pastor’s family’s needs. The church was planted in 1993 by the current pastor who will be retiring when they find a new pastor. The church has its own building in a great location and a 3000 sq ft parsonage with a two car garage for the new pastor’s family. The church is independent, only uses the KJV, worships with conservative music, and averages 40 in attendance (good mix of ages). The church has mostly established believers and a few newer converts. Taunton has a growing population of 60,000 people with commuters to both Boston and Providence. PIONEER VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH is an Independent Fundamental Baptist church located in Westfield, Massachusetts. Our current Assistant Pastor has been with us for six years, but feels God is calling him to pastor. We are seeking a new Assistant Pastor to join our team. The church continues to grow and expand and is averaging 150-175 in attendance. Our church uses only the King James Bible and believes in conservative, Biblical music and dress standards. Compensation includes a full-time salary. Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the soul-winning and outreach ministries. Direct and oversee the teen group and children’s ministries and activities. Serve alongside our Senior Pastor in teaching and discipling. Assist the Pastor in weekly administrative tasks. Oversee the maintenance of the property and buildings. Qualifications: Must possess the qualities outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:7-9, exemplifying strong Christian character. BEREAN BAPTIST CHURCH in Newport, New Hampshire is seeking an assistant pastor. The church is Independent Fundamental Baptist, only uses the KJV, worships with traditional music, and averages 35-40 in attendance. Responsibilities will include developing a youth program to improve the American Heritage Girls and Trail Life programs that are already in place and preaching from time to time. Housing on the church property (a newly constructed 1,600 sq.ft. manufactured home) will be provided, but outside employment will be necessary. There are several employment opportunities in the area. Newport has a population around 6,400 and is located about 45 miles northwest of Concord which is the state capital. This would be an excellent opportunity for a young man out of Bible college to be mentored in the ministry.
