TOM A. FAULK
Brother Faulk and his wife Laura were saved under the preaching of Dr. Roy Thompson on Sunday, March 19, 1978 at the Cleveland Baptist Church in Brooklyn, OH. He was called to preach in October, just 7 months after he was saved. He enrolled immediately in CBC’s Bible Institute however, after one semester he transferred his credits to enroll at Hyles Anderson College in Crown Point, IN. He began in the Fall of 1979 and graduated in 1984 earning a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in pastoral theology. His first pastorate was in Ohio from 1984-1992. In 1992, brother Faulk returned to his home church, Cleveland Baptist, and served as a deacon, an adult Sunday school teacher, and as a staff member at Heritage Christian School. Excited about returning to the pastoral ministry he responded to an opportunity in New England. From 1998 to 2009, brother Faulk served at Victory Baptist Church in Londonderry, NH where he started and directed a Bible Institute, taught Sunday school, served as a deacon, and briefly as the Christian school principal. In 2009, a door opened to pastor a church in Massachusetts. Brother Faulk was unanimously accepted at age 57, to serve as the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church in Groton, MA from 2009 to January 1, 2023. On Sunday, January 1, 2023 Brother Faulk stepped down after nearly 40 years of full-time ministry. He is now available for pulpit supply, special meetings, and pastoral counseling.

NORTHEAST CHURCH PLANTING CONFERENCE
Burdened for the Northeast, and inspired by what other church planting Conferences were accomplishing, Brother Faulk started the NCPC in 2016 to assist church planters to the Northeast. The Conference will conduct its 10th annual meeting, Monday-Tuesday, March 3-4, 2025. At the March 2024 Conference, $38,420 was raised to assist 6 church planters. In 9 annual meetings (2016-2024) NCPC has raised $359,000 to assist 45 church planters in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, and Canada.
Our 2-fold Objective.
- To Assist. Conference support will not replace deputation but church planting Conference’s will expedite the process.
- To Advance. It is my prayer that the Conference will unite God’s people in a spirit of solidarity, that will prove to maximize our efforts in the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the Northeast.
Pulpit Supply. Special Meetings. Pastoral Counseling.
“If we will advance the Gospel beyond the streets of our own town, we must plant more churches.”
